An Idiot Abroad is a British Travel documentary television series. Comedian, Ricky Gervais, sends his friend, Karl Pilkington, around the world to experience different cultures and lifestyles throughout exotic countries. Pilkington has no desire to travel since he's lived such a sheltered lifestyle, but he's forced to do so by lifelong friends/Executive Producers, Ricky Gervais and Stephen Merchant.
This show gives you a raw look inside the lives of people around the world and the different cultures that Americans may not know about. An Idiot Abroad is funny and informative, you learn and laugh throughout the series.
