Set in 2077, Simon Barry's show "Continuum", a detective gets herself stuck in Vancouver searching for criminals. Right before the sentencing they build a time machine to go back in time to fix their mistakes that they have made in order to save themselves from their death penalty sentencing. The detective has to keep in order and how things were meant to happen to keep from never seeing her family again.
