The show is setup as if it were a legitimate talk show, but it is the complete opposite. In the beginning seasons Eric Andre and Hannibal Buress (the hosts) bring in their own "celebrites," or people dressed like common known celebrities, to interview them with ridiculous useless questions. I enjoy the show because it is funny and unpredictable. The show started out on little to no budget and is now on Adult Swim featuring real celebrities in every episode. Andrew Barchilon is the executive producer.
