The "Marina Mexicana" or Mexican Navy and DEA are constantly after the large Mexican cartel ran by a man named Aurelio Casillas (playing as Fuentes). Aurelio is a drug lord and womanizer, manipulating many woman into falling in love with his heartless being, while demanding respect from everyone. Argos Comunicacion and Telemundo, as well as Caracol Television got together to co-produce the show. It is the #1 Spanish-languarge Program viewed at 10 pm on Telemundo leading the series to be the first to have 3 seasons on Telemundo Television.
