The MTV series Awkward, makes you want to go back to high school all over again, specifically Palos Hills High School. It first aired July 19, 2011, it has all the boy drama, snobby cheerleaders, and of course the awkward turned beautiful girl, which the show revolves around. Through the years it shows Jenna's life from awkward freshman that everyone thought committed suicide to the girl dating the hottest guy in school, Matty Mckibben. She gets through it all with her best friend Tamara, guidance counselor Valerie Marks, and her crazy mother Lacey. I absolutely love this show I feel like I have grown up with Jenna throughout the years, the newest and final season airs August 31st on MTV for their senior year.
