Based off of the fictional novel by Melissa de la Cruz, Witches of East End is a fantasy/supernatural drama that originally aired on Lifetime in October of 2013. The story follows the witch Joanna Beauchamp and her two daughters, Freya & Ingrid. Having kept their witch side a secret from the girls, all is turned over when Joanna's mischeivious sister Wendy shows up out of nowhere to warn the family of danger coming up. Upon this realization, Ingrid & Freya must learn to keep their secret while still maintaining their day to day lives while danger beacons at every corner. The show is produced by Maggie Friedman & Shawn Williamson.
