Summer Heights High is an HBO series by Australian writer and actor, Chris Lilley. It's a mockumentary style comedy that revolves around a public school and it definitely delivers laughs. Lilley stars as all three of the show's central characters: a troubled 8th grade student named Jonah, a self-absorbed private school girl named J'amie and a flamboyant and narcissistic drama teacher named Mr. G. This show is incredible in every way. Chris Lilley definitely pulls off all three characters in the most believable way. Only on for one season in 2007, sadly, but all episodes are available on HBO Go. Two of the three characters also have spin off shows for those of you who just can't get enough.
