Australian ABC tv series, Dance Academy, is a show following teenagers who attend the National Academy of Dance in Sydney, Australia. It is a three season show that can be streamed on Netflix. It highlights both the hardships and good times of being a not so normal teenager when it comes to growing up. The main character, Tara Webster (Xeni Goodwin), is a a first year student who is passionate for pointe ballet. Along the way there are some friendships, rivalries, and love interests made which keeps the story line flowing.
