Satisfaction is set in the present day of Atlanta. It follows the life of a developing male escort. Neil and Grace are an upper middle class married couple, but they are struggling in their marriage. Things then take a drastic turn when Neil finds out that Grace is having an affair with a male escort. Neil then decides to test out his luck and becomes a male escort. While climbing the ladders and becoming one of the top male escorts (without his wife knowing), Neil's experiences are leading him to rekindle love with his wife.
