Kipo and the Age of Wonderbeasts is a Netflix original animated series that follows a young girl named Kipo as she travels on the Earth's surface in hopes of returning to her underground community of humans. On the surface, she finds things in a post-apocalyptic state. She discovers that animals have mutated and gained control while humans struggle to survive. She is accompanied by a rag-tag group of "mutes" and humans as she tries to navigate this new world.
