Inuyasha is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Rumiko Takahashi, that was originally released in 1996 and continued until concluded in 2008. The story of Inuyasha begins with 15 year old schoolgirl Kagome Higurashi, who lives at a historic landmark in present day Japan. By falling into an ancient well, she travels back in time to discover she is the reincarnation of an ancient priestess named Kikyo, whose soul duty was to protect the sacred Jewel of Four Souls from demons trying to misuse its power. As Kagome becomes aware of her new duties, she awakens Inuyasha, a half demon with a yearning desire to claim the jewel for himself so he can become full demon. But nothing goes as planned, and the jewel becomes shattered. It is up to the two of them to work together in order to find all the missing pieces and save the world from true evil.

Dopson, Melinda (TTh) MTV's The Challenge: Rivals 3 100

Hosted by former BMX superstar, T. J. Lavin, MTV's The Challenge: Rivals 3 is a reality game show where 28 contestants (14 women and 14 men) compete in challenges to try and win the grand prize of $350,000. Each contestant is paired up with their biggest rival from the opposite sex, resulting in 14 teams total. Each team must work together through each challenge without getting eliminated, so they can make it to the final and compete to win the grand prize.  Rivals 3, is the 28th season of the challenge, which takes place in Huatulco, Mexico and Mendoza, Argentina. The Challenge first started in 1998 and as of today, there are 32 seasons available to watch. Each season is different and often has different contestants, however most contestants continue to compete on the show throughout the seasons. This series is about the issues that normal teenagers go through in every single high school, it's and unbelievably funny and genuine show that has actors who blossomed to be huge hits starring in it, such as Seth rogan and James Franco. This is an older series (1999-2000)that only has one season however is known as one of the most underrated shows of all time and in hindsight, the show would have been a hit if they would've continued on with it, I thoroughly enjoyed this series.

Megalo Box is an anime series which was created to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the manga Ashita no Joe. It is produced by TMS Entertainment and directed by Yō Moriyama with a terrific soundtrack composed by Mabanua. In a futuristic setting boxing has evolved into megalo boxing, in which the fighters fight while wearing metal frames which makes the dangerous sport of boxing even more lethal. The story follows "Gearless" Joe/Junk Dog is a classically trained fighter from the outskirts as he fights his way through a boxing league of mechanized super boxers. The ultimate underdog that round after round of getting knocked down and refusing to stay down proves that he can fight with the pros despite his self-handicap, a fighter with spirit and as the show itself likes to call it, the "genuine article."

Slobby's world is a documentary style reality show. The show follows the daily activities of a high-end vintage clothing store. The store's owner "Slobby Robbie" is regarded as a leader in the industry and the show educates the audience about what is and isn't valuable when it comes to vintage or retro fashions. This show is fascinating to me because Slobby Rob seems to have used a combination of passion and social media savvy to create a market for his products, and sets what seem to be arbitrary and ridiculously high prices that his customers eagerly pay.

Nailed It! is a show designed to show the works of amateur bakers as they attempt to recreate the works of professionals, creating a highly comedic show with various mishaps as the bakers struggle to put together their work in time to win a $10,000 prize. The show is hosted by actress Nicole Byer, who brings forth a light atmosphere among the contestants with her quips and jabs, alongside renowned pastry chef Jaqcues Torres and various guest judges who actively criticize the methods and end results of the bakers. Boyd, Kendall (MW) Mr. Student Body President 100

Mr. Studen Body President is a TV show that originally aired on GO90 about Tyler Pendergast, the Student Body President of Berenger High School who takes high school politics a little too seriously. He is always at war with the school president to make sure his presidency is the best in Berenger high history. With his cabinet by his side, he is faced with various challenges that threatened his presidency. While the actual situation is not very drastic, the wittiness of the dialogue and the comedic timing add to the overall ambience of the series. The establishment of the high school's student leadership most closely resembling that of an authoritarian  government. All of these elements come together to make a high school student council the most interesting form of politics that is watchable on television.

Legion is a psychological sci-fi TV series in the vein of the superhero genre. However, Legion goes beyond the typical superhero series, bordering on thriller and horror, with a good dose of comedy. The story follows David, a young man with schizophrenia, existing inside of a psych ward. He soon learns that he is gifted with special abilities, and is thrown in world where people want to use him or eliminate him. Based on the Marvel Comics characters, the X-Men, and a particular character of the same name, Legion is full of unique individuals; some with special abilities, others are interesting regardless. Still, it's a well written story that flows organically and independently from other lore, and can be great entertainment for a casual audience.

Roswell is a science-fiction show that is built around the relationship between aliens and humans. Three human/alien teenagers are sent to earth to complete their destiny. The show then takes off with Max and Liz's growing relationship, but also the growing curiosity and findings of what their lives were like on their home planet and the reasoning of their lives on earth. While they're trying to understand their findings, they are battling being exposed and caught by a numerous amount of suspicious and underground FBI groups.

Throughout the show Henry tries to deal with her new powers and the traumatic event that happened. The series deals with the sensitive topic of sexual assault so at the beginning of each episode there is a viewer discretion.

The show was filmed in Madrid, Spain and takes place in present time. The show is entirely in Spanish and is filled with action, drama, romance, and horror. It is the story of 3 new students on the verge of a crime that could change their life forever. The new students played by Spain's Itzan Escamilla, Mina El Hammani, and Miguel Herrán. They are lower class misfits trying to find a place in a clearly upper-class elite high school that is filled with snotty nosed rich kids. Each character represents some form of cultural difference that sets commotion in this perfect and elite school. The show is important for people to watch so they can see how being homophobic, racist, sexist, can affect a student's home life because the bullying doesn't take place just in school. The plot twist is each episode one murder of a student is trying to be solved. As the show progresses it becomes much more difficult to decipher who the killer is.

What is interesting about this show is that Joe continuously convinces the audience to root for him in trying to "win" Beck's affection. Psychopaths are typically people who don't feel remorse for their actions, no matter how bizarre, and are able to make people feel empathy for them in their situations. You allows us to have a look into the mind of a psychopath and takes it's audience on a roller coaster of emotions up until the finale episode where we are left wanting more. Scarlet Heart: Ryeo is a Korean TV show in which Hae Soo (female protagonist) travels back in time to the year 941 after drowning in a river. While her transition to this new era was difficult it is there that she falls in love with 4th Prince Wang So whom also later falls in love with her. They didn't always have it easy as living in the palace meant certain sacrifices, and regulations had to be met keeping them apart. We see their story unfold as the palace/empire itself is being threatened.

"Explained" is a weekly docuseries from Vox paired with Netflix that debuted May 23rd, 2018 with one season containing 18 episodes and counting. The show opens by giving the title of the topic, a comma and finally the title of the show, for example, (The racial wealth gap, Explained) They are short episodes that touch on popular topics such as monogamy, tattoos, diets, marijuana, and women's pay. "Explained" offers an interesting explanation in a digestible form on topics that are most talked about nowadays. The description of the show is right there in the title, "Explained " really does explain popular topics by experts in a tasteful, understandable form. The show really opens the viewer's mind and asks questions that would have never have been asked or thought of before.

Letterkenny is the story of a small town Canada that perfectly encapsulates what it's like to grow up and never leave your hometown. It began in 2016 and is already in its fifth season. It's down home, country charm lies in the dialogue between the characters including their exaggerated "hick sayings." It is a show you can watch again and again and still find new jokes to laugh at. Written and starred in by Jared Keeso (Wayne) in addition to, Nathan Dales (Darry) and K Trevor Wilson (Squirrely Dan), they make up a trio of small-town hicks and the problems that arise when different factions, including the skids, the nativesm and the out of towners, in their community bump heads. My golden show is Robotech, which is a science fiction franchise that began with an 85-episode anime television series produced by Harmony Gold USA in association with Tatsunoko Production and first released in the United States in 1985. It follows a Robotech Pilot, Rick Hunter, who gets dragged into an interstellar war between a spacefaring war mongering race and the Earth government. Rick and his squad of crack pilots make a name for themselves in the space fortress that is the STF-1 as their squadron becomes one of the best. But getting to the top doesn't come easy as Rick soon learns. "Liza On Demand" is a comedy on YouTube Premium that follows the misadventures of Liza, a young woman in Los Angeles who is in the gig economy for example Uber and Postmates. El Internado is a Spanish show produced by Antena 3 that is based on a group of around 5 teenagers at a boarding school that is secluded out in the forest. The group encounters paranormal activity, missing students, and weird hiding places that all eventually end up leading back to Nazis and the war. The show also has many sub-plots including student-teacher relationship, and family turmoil, since the school also houses young children. While the show is currently not on Netflix anymore, it will most likely be back on within this year.

Weiss, Forrest (TTh) Manhunt 100

'Manhunt' on Netflix is all-in-all captivating. The series walks through the FBI's investigation of the UNA-Bomber and centers itself on the profiler and the UNA-Bomber. Showing how the bombs were made, how they were shipped, and just how incredibly smart the UNA-Bomber was. It almost makes you feel bad for the UNA-Bomber (yes even though he is insane) as you begin to learn about the UNA-Bombers upbringing and his college years. I find interest in psychological shows and this one had everything I needed to enjoy my genre. I highly recommend taking a weekend to watch this 1 season, series as I do not think you will regret it.

The Bureau created by Eric Rochant, is a French TV show following the life of agents at the DGSE (General Directorate of External Security) which is France's external security service. Living under false identities, the agents have to search for good intelligence source. Guillaume Debailly is the hero, his codename is "Malotru" and throughout the story he gets confused between his real identity and who he really is. It is a very intriguing shows and very realistic.

The OA is a series that takes place in a small in the U.S. It starts out with a woman reuniting with her family after she had been missing since high school. She was believed to be kidnapped but there is a lot more to it than that. The show essentially deals with her adjusting back into normal life and finding out where she had gone and what she had been doing. The OA delves into dealing with near-death experiences and has a fun sci-fi element to it. There a many times when the story surprises you and you don't really expect it to go a certain way and I really enjoyed the aspect of not being able to predict what would happen.

Courage will do anything to keep his owners safe, well most of the time because Muriel is the nice one out of the owners, so Courage most likely save Muriel a lot more than Eustace.

I Am a Killer is a Netflix original series that debuted August 3rd, 2018 with 10 episodes, each about an hour long. The point behind the show is to share the stories of death row inmates about the event/tragedy that got them there. The show does a great job depicting the story through every angle of event. They start with the inmate on death row's story and allow them to explain how they believe it took place. Then they usually show you the district attorneys' angle with all the evidence and the account that's on record. Finally, they bring in anyone else who was involved that can help build the story: a first-hand witness, family members effected, the family member of the inmate. The show does an amazing job of letting the viewer make his or her own personal view just like if they were a juror on the stand.

The Paradise is a British television series that is based around a young woman from Peebles, Scotland, who moves in with her uncle to help him with his struggling dress shop. She soon takes another job across the street at the massive department store, the Paradise, where she becomes the rising star in sales. The show focuses on the classic rags to riches storyline, but with a nineteenth century twist with the role of women in the workplace. Also, a relationship between employer and employee is present. The young woman, Denise, is portrayed by Joanna Vanderham and Emun Elliott plays the owner of the store, John Moray. The series is co-produced by BBC Studios and Masterpiece; it can be viewed on Netflix. I think the show is worth the time as it shows a woman's ability to rise in the work industry and it's interesting to compare our time period with history.

The Investigator: A British Crime Story is a British TV series first released in 2016. The series it self is played on ITV, which is a British documentary program. The 4 episode series talks about the major crimes that dates back to the 1980's. Mark William Thomas the investigator, focuses re-visits a case on the murder of Carole Packman. He is the main speaker of the series and attempts to unravel the disappearance of Packman by conducting multiple interviews with family and friends. Each episode goes in chronological order of the life of Carole leading up to her disappearance. Carole mysteriously disappeared in 1985 and a body was never found to determined her cause of death. There was enough evidence, however to prove that her husband, Russell Packman had something to do with it. He was sentenced a lifetime in jail for the disappearance of Carole Packman. Throughout the series you start discovering the truth of the death of Carole Packman.
