Tidelands is a show based in Orphelin Bay during present time. It consists of drama, romance, action and even mythical creatures such as sirens. Within the show, a young women comes back to her hometown of Orphelin Bay after being in prison to help her brother run the family business of smuggling drugs. While a business deal goes wrong and a certain group of people they call "Tidelanders" try to kill the family business; the young women is almost murdered by being drowned, but somehow survives only to find out her true identity.
