AP Bio is a television series on NBC and Hulu starring Glenn Howerton who is best known for his role of Dennis on Its Always Sunny in Philadelphia. In AP Bio he plays Jack Griffin, a Harvard graduate with his doctrine in Philosophy who is forced to move into his deceased mothers home in Toledo and teach Advanced High School Biology because his dream job of working at Stanford was lost to his arch rival. He shows no effort in teaching the class anything about biology despite the honor role students eagerness to learn. Instead, he forces them to partake in getting revenge on his rival Miles Leonard, and doing anything they can to make him lose the job at Stanford so that Jack could replace him and get as far away from the Toledo High School as possible.
