Glitch is an Australian television series which takes place in the small country town of Yoorana, Victoria. Six people, all of which are from very different backgrounds and eras, mysteriously rise from the dead in perfect health. James Hayes, the local police officer, is called out to the cemetery because of a noise complaint. When he arrives on the scene he immediately recognizes one of the risen. Extremely confused, but determined to solve this mystery, Officer Hayes sets out on a mission to solve the secret of out how the six newly awakened people were brought back from the dead and how their very different lives are linked together. With Tony Ayres serving as the executive producer, Glitch was made available to stream on Netflix globally on October 15, 2016 after only airing on Australia's, Africa's, and New Zealand's ABC network.
