Descendants of The Sun is a South Korean television series aired on KBS2 in 2016. It is also available to watch on Netflix. This show is about the love story between Yoo Shi Jin (Song Joong Ki), the caption of a Korean Special force unit with Kang Mo Yeon (Song Hye Kyo), the surgeon who later has to sacrifice herself being in the medical team for the Special force unit in Uruk. They plan to date after their first meet at the Korean Hospital but since Shi Jin always gets called for his secret duties.
