3% is a Brazilian dystopian thriller created by Pedro Aguilera. It is a Netlfix original series that debuted November 25, 2016. The series is Netlfix's first Portuguese language original series; however the series is dubbed in English. It is set in the future where the 97% is given a chance to move from poverty to the "Offshore", a virtual paradise, but only 3% of the population succeed.
