Sharp Objects is an HBO series based on Gillian Flynn's novel, "Sharp Objects". It follows troubled journalist Camille Preaker, played by Amy Adams, as she returns to her ominous hometown to cover a double murder. Many memories from the past emerged for Camille, as well as the mystery of the murder of the two girls. This show has mystery, romance, and psychological thrillers wrapped up into eight episodes in one season.
