"Echoes" portrays two female identical twins played by Michelle Monaghan, Leni and Gina. The show follows with Gina being the "bad twin" who always causes trouble and Leni being the "good twin" who ends up having to fix after Gina's mistakes and problems. Growing up they decide to switch lives completely for one year; every year on their birthday. Until one day Leni goes missing in her hometown and Gina has to fly out of Los Angeles to find out what happened, following many problems ahead for the twins and family.
