Snowfall is a series that takes place in Los Angeles in 1983 when the cocaine epidemic began to take over the city. The show is broken up into 3 story lines. First, begins the life of a teenager named Franklin Saint who is a local drug dealer. Second, being a CIA operative named Teddy McDonald who works alongside a soldier named Alejandro Usteves. Third, is the work of a cocaine business within a crime family consisted of Lucia Villanueva, Gustavo "El Oso" Zapata (who was once a Mexican luchador) and lastly Pedro Nava who is Lucia's cousin. All 3 of these stories tie into each other somehow, but the overview is just how cocaine took over Los Angeles in the early 1980s.
