Forged in Fire is a competition show that is aired on the History channel. Produced by Outpost Entertainment. Within each episode, there are four bladesmiths that will have to create a bladed weapon from start to finish. The show is set up with three different rounds where one contestant is eliminated at the end. They are competing for the grand prize of $10,000. The show is hosted by Wil Willis and the help of three other judges. Each episode there is a different theme and style of weapon. I think this show is worth your time as it shows the hands-on craft of blacksmithing, something that is an art of its own.
