The Mist is a TV show adaptation of the Stephen King story of the same name. The show is available to stream on Netflix. A strange mist has come upon a small town. Those caught inside of it have their innermost fears revealed to them, and most don't live to tell their story. This is scary enough as it is, and while the citizens of the town are distracted trying to figure out if the mist is a work of God, man or nature, the true horror sets in: survival instincts. Throughout the series we follow Kevin and some unlikely friends fight their way to the mall, where Kevin's wife and daughter are trapped. We also see the lives of the people trapped in the mall, a large group of survivors who slowly self-destruct through lies, fear and hunger.
