Manzanarez, Anayah (MW) Jeen-Yuhs: A Kayne Trilogy 50
Jeen-yuhs is a documentary shot by Coodie, who came to be one of Kanye's closest friends. This project shows their relationship of over two decades while they both come up in the industry. Coodie follows Kayne as an up-and-coming music producer/rapper throughout his career and documents it along the way. A couple things it showcases is when Kayne got signed, his struggles of being taken serious as a rapper, and one of the most inspiring things: his determination. Throughout the film we can see behind the scenes footage, his upbringing , and the talks with his mother. As much as he is hated by some, he is loved by many, and the film gives insight on how this man came to exist.
