Vis a Vis is a series about a female (Macarena) who falls in love with her boss and because of him she commits major accounting manipulations and is sentenced to 7 years in jail. When she gets imprisoned, she faces emotional shock as well as having complicated relationships with some of the inmates. As the series progresses, her personality and actions change as a way of surviving prison.
When in jail, she finds the key to a large amount of money hidden outside. One of the other inmates (Zulema) finds out and her boyfriend tries to get to the money before Macarena's family, leading them to devastating situations.
