Dean, Isaiah (MW) What/ If
What/ If is a scandalous limited mini-series on Netflix that explores the domino effect of what happens when exceptional people, start doing the unacceptable. The main characters are inadvertently forced into the opposition of either losing it all or sacrificing what matters most to them for the sake of personal gain. Desperate to secure funding for her med tech company, a young scientist and her husband make an outrageous deal with a mysterious investor. At first at what seemed like a blessing, turned out costing them a lot more than they bargained for. The show really invokes the thought of what would you be willing to risk in order too have it all.

The Owl House is an animated Disney Channel show created by Dana Terrace (Storyboard Artist for Gravity Falls and Director of DuckTales reboot). It is a fantasy series that follows Luz, a 14-year-old human on her way to a juvenile detention camp who discovers a portal to another world. In this world, called the Boiling Isles, Luz meets a witch and her demon roommate who take her in and let her become a witch apprentice.
Pulido, Marlene (MW) Mr. Sunshine
Mr. Sunshine is a 2018 South Korean television series that is set during the Joseon dynasty in Hanseong (current day Seoul) in the early 1900s, and focuses on activists fighting for Korea's independence. It follows Eugene Choi who was born into slavery but escapes to the United States and becomes a United States Marine Corps officer. While being stationed in Hanseong he falls in love with an aristocrat's granddaughter, Go Ae-shin, who is part of the Righteous Army and fighting for Joseon's sovereignty. He discovers a plot by the Empire of Japan to colonize Korea and soon becomes embroiled in the fight for Joseon's sovereignty.

McClendon, Hannah (TTh) 2 Dope Queens
2 Dope Queens was originally a podcast hosted by Jessica Williams and Phoebe Robinson, that aired April 4, 2016 to November 14, 2018. With the first week of the podcast launch, it was number one on the iTunes podcast charts. The podcast features two female comedian host of the African American and LBGT community, with efforts to showcase people from different backgrounds. They also featured guest including Nick Kroll, and many others. 2 Dope Queens, was one of the first comedy to come out of WNYC Studios. In March and February 2018, a four-episode series aired on HBO, directed by Tig Notaro.

Mrs. Fletcher the HBO comedy miniseries is based on a novel of the same name written by Tom Perrotta. After her only child, Brendan, leaves for college, Mrs. Eve Fletcher, played by Kathryn Hahn, undergoes a mid-life crisis. She comes to the realization that she was living her life for her son and not for herself. Both Eve as a divorced single mother and Brendan as a college freshman face parallel sexual awakenings. Brendan finds little success in continuing his path as an obnoxious bully where his peers are more progressive and open minded. Eve thrives in the risk-taking and erotic world she was once afraid of.

The Midnight Gospel is an animated series about a creature name Clancy traveling to different planets interviewing different life forms. He asks about death; how they feel about death; what they think death means. This question is asked while adventures are being taken place. The show lightens up death while still learning the ideas of what death could mean.
Searles, Sam (TTh) Zoey's Extraordinary Playlist
In this quirky musical-drama-comedy that airs on NBC, the main character Zoey Clarke (Jane Levy) gets the ability to hear people's inner thoughts and desires through popular songs after a freak accident regarding a run-of-the-mill MRI scan. As a character, she struggles to connect with the people around her and typically keeps her head down at her computer coding job. With this ability, she is able to connect and help all the people around her in ways she never thought or even considered beforehand.

Ybarra, Gabriella (TTh) Pen15
The show I have chosen for Finding Gold is PEN15, a Hulu original and comedy. The show follows the lives of two 13-year-old girls and middle school outcasts in the year 2000. The main stars of the show—comedians Maya Erskine and Anna Konkle—play themselves in the show. Possibly the biggest comedic aspect of the show is that Erskine and Konkle, who are both women in their 30s, are playing 13-years-old girls despite not appearing the part—a stark contrast to the other supporting characters in the show who are actual teenagers. PEN15 follows the up and downs of what is meant to be an accurate depiction of middle school life. At times, the show is awkward, cringy and sometimes horrifying but is embarrassedly relatable at every turn.

King, Rayanna (TTh) The Beautiful Lie
From the Australian producer John Edwards comes a modern remaking of Tolstoy's literary masterpiece Anna Karenina. The main character, Anna, is played by the award-winning actress Sarah Snook who has acted in many films but is most recognized from her role as Shiv in HBO's Succession. Anna begins a dramatic affair with a younger man named Skeet and decides to leave her husband Xander. The dramatic six-part mini-series can be found on Hulu.

Pokémon Journeys follows Pokémon trainers Ash and Goh (as well as Ash's trusty partner Pokémon 'Pikachu') as they travel across many of the different regions in the Pokémon world. Along the way, they catch and battle many different species of Pokémon in an attempt to achieve the title of "Pokémon Master."

It's Okay to Not Be Okay (Psycho But It's Okay) is a comedy, romance, and a thriller series from South Korea that aired on Netflix. The drama talks about an arrogant and a fearless woman, Ko Mun-Yeong, who is a writer for children's book, crossed-path with a psychiatrist ward caretaker, Moon Gang Tae, where they wind up in finding the truth about each other's past that was haunting them.

High Fidelity is a Hulu original following Rob (played by Zoe Kravitz) Rob is the owner of her very own record store, Championship Vinyl. Rob is just getting out of a very raw breakup with her longtime beau and this breakup really sticks with her so she has the bright idea to reconnect with her past relationships and ask them why they have all rejected her. We follow Rob as she reconnects with her past flames and meets some new characters along the way, all in the difficult journey to better understand herself.

Medici: Masters of Florence originally aired in Italy in October 2016, explores the turmoil the Medici family experiences following the death of patriarch Giovanni de' Medici. His son, Cosimo de' Medici, takes over as the leader of the family bank. He also assumes his father's seat in Florence's Signoria. Cosimo must navigate politics, family affairs, and eventually the plague in order to maintain the Medici legacy as the strongest bank in Florence. He has to continually fight to between his strong desire to not be like his father and pursue arts while also finding power in 1429 Florence.

Tell Me a Story is a psychological anthology series that modernizes our favorite fairytales. Three classic tales are depicted in relation to the current society while possessing a unique relationship with each other. In short, the fairytales are being construed to appeal to a more mature audience. Each season finale is a conclusion, and every season has its own set of tales. Season one, for example, told the stories of "Little Red Riding Hood", "Three Little Pigs", and "Hansel and Gretel." All three were connected through the relationships and actions of their representative characters.

Love is Blind is a reality show that takes singles and allows them to connect with other singles without ever seeing their face. They make an emotional connection and have to get engaged before they can see each other physically. It then follows their journey to see their physical connection and living together. It aired in 2020 and has one season thus far.

Guy's Grocery Games is a competition cooking show. 4 chefs start out and one is eliminated after each round till there is one chef standing. In the competition Guy, the host, will throw out wacky games that the chefs must adapt to. The winner will have to answer clues and shop for those items around the store in under 2 minutes and win up to $20,000.

Elliot, Robert (TTh) Unacknowledged
Unacknowledged is a short documentary series that reveals the Disclosure project and UFO secrecy. Dr. Steven Greer interviews witnesses who have previously worked for the government and he presents classified documents concerning the existence of extraterrestrials. By exposing these documents, other conspiracies take shape and truly make you wonder. I enjoyed watching this series because it not only opens your mind to extraterrestrial life, but it uncovers the idea of a secret elite government group that receives information, including UFO secrecy, that people like the president don't even receive. I watched this on Netflix a couple of months ago but I recently found out it is no longer on there but it is on Hulu.

Skin Decision: Before and After is a Netflix Original series that has one season so far, it is based on the lives of real people. In each episode, two people go on and consult with Dr. Nazarian and Nurse Jamie about their issues and insecurities with their skin. Some of their skin deformities have been hindered and caused by others, and the two guests on the show will share their amazing stories. Before the treatments, the guests will give their expectations and why they want to change. Nazarian and Jamie want to change the stigma of plastic surgery and physically changing your body, you are who you are no matter the skin decision.

Nicholas, a 25 year old Australian, visits his American father and two teenage half-sisters in Los Angeles. During his visit, he learns that their father is terminally ill and wants Nicholas to become the guardian of his two sisters, Genevieve (15 years old) and Matilda (17 years old and also has autism), because their mother is already dead.Nicholas is gay and trying to figure out his own life too. Genevieve is trying to fit in at school with her two friends and becoming a teenager. Matilda is looking at colleges during the show and wants to experience normal teenager/college life before she goes but her autism makes it difficult for her. It's a very light hearted comedy.

Power is an American drama/crime series on Hulu (now) that shows the life of a wealthy Night Club owner and drug-pin king in New York City. James the main character also known as "Ghost" St. Patrick (Omari Hardwick) who invested his wealth into his night club to escape his drug dealer role for a legitimized family lifestyle in NYC. This ruthless drug dealer had a hold on this normalized lifestyle until his old love walked into his night club and they reconnected. This was the start of him balancing his double life that took a major turn as his old love turns is a criminal prosecutor that finds out about his past/current lifestyle. This twisted love story adds the drama that everyone looks for in a crime related series.

Avila, Luis (TTh) Dave
Dave is a semi-autobiographical comedy series on FX about Dave Burd; an up and coming rapper trying to break into the music industry. Currently sitting at a 72% on rotten tomatoes with the critics, however the audience seems to favor it more with a 91% score. His real life rap moniker is 'Lil Dicky' and the show displays all his struggles in the rap game and all the jokes that come with having such a satirical name. DAVE pulls no punches with its sitcom nature and storytelling; crescendoing in a beautiful and emotional ninth episode with all the feelings you thought you'd left at the door. The show acknowledges many stereotypes and formulas in the rap industry and all the trepidations that come with success and signing with music labels.

The series Finding Bigfoot is about a group of four people including a high school science teacher, a former roadie, a skeptical scientist, and the BFRO president. This group of four travels all through the United States in search of proof the Bigfoot is alive. They speak to witnesses, examine photos and videos, and try new technologies to uncover the mysterious Bigfoot. The show airs on the channel Animal Planet, and you can watch all 12 seasons on Hulu. I Survived... is a documentary television series that first aired on Lifetime in 2008. The show continued for 7 seasons and ended in 2015. This show allows for near-death survivors to share their experiences in their words. Each episode includes 2 or 3 stories, most including kidnapping, rape, or being stranded somewhere isolated. I Survived... is special for the way it does not include over-dramatized reenactments. At the end of the show, each survivor describes why they believed that they survived, whether it be instinct, luck, the grace of God or the help of others. I Survived... is storytelling at its most honest, emotional and vulnerable state.

I Shouldn't Be Alive, is a Discovery Channel/Animal Planet docu-series that had been airing since 2005, had six seasons and ended in 2012. It has complied with footage of interviews and graphic reenactments of the situation. Each episode of the show explains a certain situation of how the interviewees survived the ordeal against all the odds and showing the decisions they made that kept them alive.

This series is about a guy named Shawn Spencer who has slacked off his entire life. Growing up, his father was a police officer for the Santa Barbra PD and tried to teach Shawn as many detective and observation skills as he could so that he could grow up and be a detective as well. Well that isn't exactly what happened, although Shawn did pick up his father's detective skills and calls in anonymous tips to the Police whenever crimes or murders are talked about on the news. When the Police suspect him of being the culprit since he has called in so many accurate anonymous tips, he claims to be a psychic detective. The rest of the series involves him, and his best friend Burton Guster starting their own psychic detective agency to help private citizens and assist the Santa Barbra PD with murder investigations. Of course, these two get into plenty of hijinks along the way.

Banana Fish is a Japanese anime that takes place in New York City. The main character, Ash Lynx, is a young leader of a street gang that gets tied up in an unexpected drug war. He encounters a Japanese man, only a couple years older than him, who has come to America as a photographer. The two become best friends very easily and stick together while trying to piece together the conspiracy on this dangerous new drug, Banana Fish, that is taking over the city. Throughout their journey, the war on drugs turns into a war between the government and the gangs. The two then team up with other gangs around the city to aid in taking down the government, that is wanting to use the drug as a weapon, and to destroy the drug once and for all. In the end, the gangs devise a plan to destroy Banana Fish and take down the kingpin of the city, as well as fight for their lives.

How To Sell Drugs Online (Fast) is a German Netflix Original that follows the lives of two high school friends and how to launch an extremely profitable drug selling website where they primarily sell ecstasy. This show is considered a German coming-of age series. The main characters Moritz and Lenny are best friends who have an entrepreneurial spirit to create something beneficial for the world, and with dreams of going to college in the United States. When Moritz gets broken up with by his long-time girlfriend Lisa, after spending a year abroad, is when his life changes. In order to impress her, he buys out her ecstasy dealer and shows up to a party with more ecstasy than he knows what to do with. Having this attempt fail, he needed to figure out a way to sell all of this ecstasy, which is how he created his site "Mydrugs.com". This series has 2 seasons, and it explores Moritz and Lenny's journey on becoming very successful drug dealers.

Korra is the new Avatar, meaning she is the key to the spirit world, and she can bend all 4 elements. Water, Air, Earth, & Fire. The Avatar is like a balance, she keeps the peace throughout all nations. Her journey is the most heartfelt, friendship filled, and action-packed animated series. The morals and values in this show is indeed something that all age demographics can learn from. It too has authentic animations reflecting actual world combat and styles. A great dimension to this series is that it has cultural influences from historic Chinese and other East Asian countries. Very well-rounded show, and a great succession to The Last Airbender.

For My Man is a show telling the stories of women who have dedicated their lives to their significant others. Many of these women end up in jail for decades or life, and some even lose their life. These women got involved with the wrong person and commit robbery, murder, or kidnapping.

It takes place in a barbershop setting with different A-list Pro athletes in different sports and different A-list celebrities from different entertainment venues. Last One Laughing is a reality show that is available on Amazon Prime. There are a couple iterations of the show available. One features comedians from Australia hosted by Rebel Wilson and the other one features comedians from Latin America hosted by Eugenio Derbez. The Rebel Wilson hosted Australia version is what I choose to talk about. Your place is 10 Australian comedians in the same space For a reality competition game show where they must try to make the other comedians laugh and try to refrain from laughing themselves. It begins to become pretty hilarious and a little disgusting towards the end, when all else is failing.

'World's Toughest Race: EcoChallenge Fiji', a reboot of the original 'EcoChallenge' series, created by Mark Burnett, is an adventure documentary-based television show premiered on Amazon Prime. The World's Toughest Race takes place over multiple islands in the tropical country of Fiji, spanning a course totaling 671km (3 Iron Man triathlons) and including similar, more extreme events. The 350+ competing athletes, forming into 66 teams, come from 30 countries around the world and vary from first time racers to ex-military veterans to top tier professional athletes.

Anne with an E is a show that aired on Netflix in 2017. This show has 3 seasons and is set in Green Gables during the 1890s. Anne Shirly's story starts when she is adopted at the age of 13, by Marilla and Matthew Cuthbert. The show itself is not your typical kind of show, but neither is Anne, considering that she has red hair, freckles, a big imagination, and extraordinary vocabulary. This show does not only talk about Anne's problems, it also talks about serious social issues that occurred in the 1890s, such as discrimination, stereotyping, homophobia and so much more. Anne with an E is full of emotional rollercoasters, but also teaches people very valuable information about social problems in the 1890s that connects to today's social issues.

Written by Kevin Bacon, and starring him as the main character. A former FBI agent, Ryan Hardy (Kevin Bacon), is contacted to try find and catch notorious serial killer Joe Carroll (James Purefoy), who was caught years ago, but escapes from death row. Carroll was an English professor who was obsessed with Edgar Allen Poe, and captured, killed and mutilated 14 college girls before Hardy caught him. During the time that he was imprisoned, Carrol developed "followers", where it eventually develops into a cult who will do anything to appease Joe Carrol including murder, kidnapping, and sacrifice. After Joe escapes he is fixated on getting revenge on Ryan Hardy.

Animal Kingdom is a Drama/Action filled American TV series. It follows "J" a teenager, and the rest of The Cody's. The first episode begins with "J" losing his mother to a Heroin overdose, and thus getting introduced and moved in with his previously kept from family, The Cody's. This includes his grandmother Smurf, and uncles Pope, Craig, and Deran. He soon learns how his family makes their money.

This Tv Series from 2001 stars Jennifer Garner. In this series, Garner plays the role of Sydney Bristow who is recruited to become a spy for a secret branch of the CIA called SD-6. After using different aliases to complete her missions, she uncovers the truth about this covert organization that she is working for. The truth is that this organization is actually an enemy of the United States that implement missions for their own personal gain. Sydney Bristow becomes a double agent for the actual CIA to tear down this branch from the inside out. After time passes she is informed that her father is also a double agent for both companies and they work together to sabotage operations. It is an action and drama filled series that evokes excitement.

Degrassi: The Next Generation is a series that is part of the Degrassi franchise. It is a Canadian teen drama that covers many of today's issues like rape, school shootings, abusive relationships, mental illness, etc. The series ran for 14 seasons. One of the actors that was in the show is now hip-hop star Aubrey Graham (aka as Drake.) Nina Dobriv who plays Elena on The Vampire Diaries is also in the newer seasons of the show. You can watch this show for free on PlutoTv, Tubi and Youtube! I watched this show with my older sister growing up and I loved it. I really do believe this show was ahead of its time.

Gentefied follows the lives of three young adults in East Los Angeles that are struggling to help their grandfather's popular taco shop survive whil trying to live out their own dreams that go against their normal family-first lifestyle that is expected of them. Although they are all just trying to live their lives and get by, they all deal with real issues like gentrification, racism, sexuality, immigration, and the marginalization of their Latinx culture at every corner.

The Last O.G, made by TBS and currently streaming on Netflix, is about the life of Tray, a man who got caught selling crack and spent the last 15 years in prison. Finally, after doing his time in prison Tray goes back to Brooklyn to try and reintegrate into the life he's lost. However, Brooklyn isn't the same as when he left. Tray finds out he has two children, the woman he fell in love with is married, and the neighborhood he grew up in is gentrified. As the series progresses, we see how Tray adjust to his new reality. This sensational black comedy stars Tracy Morgan, Tiffany Haddish, Cedric the Entertainer, and is executively produced by Jordan Peele.
Aponte, Sofia (MW) Four Weddings and a Funeral
Four Weddings and a Funeral is a Hulu miniseries created by Mindy Kaling and Matt Warburton based on the 1994 British movie with the same title. This romantic comedy focuses around a group of American friends, Maya, Craig, and Duffy, who are convening in London for the wedding of their best friend Ainsley to a stranger they have never met. Maya flies in from America and has an unexpected connection with a man at the airport which turns out to be the groom that is to be in her best friend's wedding. Ainsley and Kash must decide if they truly love each other, Maya and Kash have to deal with their romantic connection with one another while still remaining friends, Duffy has to confront his feelings for Maya before it's too late, and they must also deal with life changing decisions and career uncertainties. From the altar to a casket, there are many things these friends must face together and alone that may just break them apart or make them closer than ever. This show makes you feel connected to this heartwarming, and sometimes challenging, group of friends and their love lives!

Down to Earth with Zac Efron is a Netflix original about how Zac Efron and his friend Darin travel to eight countries to learn about sustainability within different cultures. As they are bringing light onto environmental issues around the world, they are also showcasing different attractions and cuisine of these places. Some of the topics that they talk about are how renewable energy is created, how the expansion of cities can harm animals, and how there are cultures that live completely off the land. Zac Efron and Darin are both incredibly entertaining hosts and the whole series has a light-hearted feel to it.
McKenna, Chloe (MW) She-Ra and the Princesses of Power
She-Ra, and the Princesses of Power is an animated series on Netflix that is actually a reboot of the 1980's series. The show came out on Netflix in 2018 and is about a girl named Adora who was kidnapped as a child and trained to fight with a group called "The Horde" in an effort to overthrow the other kingdoms. It is definitely cheesy at times, but the storyline and plot are what helps keep viewers tuned in.

Palacios, Geovany (MW) Love on the Spectrum
Originally aired on ABC, "Love on the Spectrum" is a reality dating show that pairs potential lovers with the ASD (autism spectrum disorder). Those on the spectrum struggle with forming and maintaining social bonds and forming human connection. The show pairs individuals with ASD with the intent of finding love or go dating. The show provides a variety of individuals who are on various levels on the spectrum. The show can now be found on Netflix.
Pinales, Ryan (MW) Clone High
My submission is an animated show called Clone High. Clone High is about a group of teenagers in high school who are genetic clones of famous historical figures and were made by the government. The show is a comedy type genre that shows all the high school situations that the cast deals with as the learn more about themselves and high school in general in the modern era. The clips shows one of the main cast named Joan Of Arc asking advice from another character called Jesus Christo.
McBee, Brianna (MW) Crime Junkie Podcast
The podcast called Crime Junkie has Ashley Flowers and Brit Prawat as childhood best friends and self-proclaimed true crime junkies from Indianapolis, Indiana. Every week they tell a different true crime story about topics ranging from serial killers and murders, to missing persons and other mysteries still waiting to be solved. Ashley researches and tells the stories to Brit and the listeners, and Brit interjects commentary where she sees fit. The stories are about 30 minutes to an hour long and are released every Monday. They also tour and tell new stories to live audiences and have a Patreon where they release bonus content and listeners can gather to support them.

Greek is an ABC Family (now known as Freeform) television show that ran for four seasons. The series follows the lives of a group of college students in different fraternities and sororities. The show is about realizing who your true friends are and finding yourself in college before entering the real world.
Punjabi, Henna (MW) Star vs The Forces of Evil
"Star vs The Forces of Evil" is a animated television show about a girl named Star Butterfly who is from another planet and is next in line for the throne. In preparation for her to become queen, her mother Moon Butterfly sends her to Earth to learn more about the universe she lives in. While there, she becomes best friends with the son of her host family, Marco Diaz. By far the best of part of the show is the friendships and relationships between characters and how they ebb and flow.

"Views" is a weekly podcast that is hosted by youtubers, David Dobrik and co-host Jason Nash that began in 2017. Dobrik and Nash began this podcast to give their viewers an insight into their crazy life's as youtubers and their lives before the fame. David Dobrik is 23 years old and Jason Nash is 40 years old in which makes this podcast so unique because of their odd friendship. While Jason Nash is divorce father of two and has lived a whole life, Dobrik is just starting his. As David Dobrik lives out his 20's Nash is forced to drag along in which makes the podcast so humorous. The podcast is full of trending topics, high school stories, and witty jokes.

Work In Progress, created and produced by Tim Mason and Abby McEnany, who is also the star of the show, was produced by showtime and released in 2019. It follows stand up comedian Abby, who calls herself a "fat, queer dyke" and her struggle with mental illnesses like OCD and depression. She plans to kill herself in 180 days, tracking each day by throwing away an almond until there are none left. However, she meets and starts dating a trans man, Chris, who is played by Theo Germaine, (also seen in Netflix's The Politician) and he gives her a new lease on life. This show has great representation for the LGBTQ+ community, and hits on topics that aren't talked about often but in a light-hearted, comedic way.

Jonsson, Kesslyn (MW) Close Enough
Close Enough is a new series that came out July, 2020. From the creator of Regular Show, JG Quintel, comes a surreal animated comedy about a millennial married couple living in Los Angeles. They have a five-year-old daughter, and they live with their two divorced roommates. Things are not perfect, but for now, it's close enough. Exclusive to HBO Max.

Awake, starring Jason Isaacs, is a science-fiction / police mystery drama about Detective Michael Britten. After surviving a car crash, he awakes in two different realities each day: one in which his wife survived, and one in which his son survived. As the show goes on (only one season, it was cancelled prematurely), he began to see connections between the two worlds in small details that aid him in solving crimes. It is a reality TV show where two individuals, who before going on the show, pick out a tattoo for their friend/partner without telling them. The participants discuss the reason for coming in to the hosts and are then blindfolded and led into different rooms to be tattooed with the design/piece their friend/partner picked out for them.

All the Smoke is a podcast hosted by Stephen Jackson and Matt Barnes. Both played in the NBA and they bring in current and previous NBA players as well as celebrities. Depending on the guest, they talk about past accomplishments they have achieved, current situations with what's happening in the world and future accomplishments. It's a great show/podcast because it gives you an insight of what goes behind the scenes in the NBA life and how current players feel about past, current and future NBA players as well as how the media portrays them or the NBA. Just makes you feel part of the NBA community.

I chose a tv series called, The Game. This series is about a rookie football player adjusting to his new life as a professional NFL player. The main character, Derwin Davis, begins to experience different challenges that the average person wouldn't due to his rising stardom as an athlete. As the show progresses, you can see the growth of all of the characters within the show.

A space craft lands on earth and those aboard named Atrians are forced to integrate with humans. The show follows a boy who was on board named Roman. Ten years after the landing the kids who were aboard are now enrolling into high school. Roman meets a human girl named Emery who he had met right after the landing and had forgotten about. They begin to rekindle their relationship but the divide between the two communities puts their relationship to the test.

Charmed was a series that had 8 seasons from 1998-2006 and was originally broadcasted on The WB. This series follows the lives of three sisters that find out they not only are witches, but they also have magical powers and must constantly save the world from the many forces of evil. As the series continues, they are consistently put in situations that test their morals and ethics, as well as seeing how far they would go to save others even if that meant ending their own.

Arreguin, Laney (MW) Selling Sunset
"Selling Sunset" is a Netflix original series based on a real estate office based in Los Angeles. It is a reality T.V. show and there are currently three seasons. It is more intriguing than your typical reality show because it focuses on real estate, culture in Los Angeles, networking, but it also has drama between the characters. The real estate brokerage is made up of five to six girls throughout the seasons. There is currently a fourth season being filmed, so that will be interesting to see them selling houses while dealing with the struggling economy due to COVID-19.

It is a spin-off of The Originals and features characters from both that series and its predecessor, The Vampire Diaries. The show follows Hope Mikealson, a tri-breed (Vampire, witch and werewolf) who studies at the Salvatore Boarding school where she encounters many challenges such as monsters, typical teen romance drama and her family's past.

White Lines is a crime drama series revolving around Zoe Walker who travels far from her home in England to Ibiza to investigate the death of her brother who disappeared 20 years prior. The series includes a strong cast of actors/actresses, solid cinematography, and a thrilling plot that doesn't fully reveal itself until the end. The show has many moments of intensity, compelling dialogue, and gorgeous shots of the beautiful Ibiza landscapes.

"Doubling Down with the Derricos" comes on TLC on Tuesday's. Meet the Derricos, a family of 13 who are expecting triplets.
