The show Man Seeking Woman is an FXX original starring Jay Baruchel.
The show is based on a book of short stories, The last girlfriend on earth, by Simon Rich. Simon Rich is the series creator, executive producer, and showrunner.
Jonathan Krisel, Andrew Singer, and Lorne Michaels are also executive producers, with Broadway Video and FX Productions as production companies.
Baruchel plays Josh Greenberg, a 20-something fella who's doing what 20-something fellas do: looking for love with an attractive soulmate. But Cupid doesn't shoot arrows his way all too often, and when he does feel the prick of the god of love's darts of desire, they tend to stick in his thigh and make him bleed. he also wears his heart on his sleeve—sometimes literally—via whimsical interstitials that bring fantasy into Josh's reality. Prepare yourself for impressively weird, surreal situations like Josh going on a date with an actual troll and his ex-girlfriend hooking up with Hitler.
