I Am Not Okay With This is a lighthearted dark comedy that takes the audience through Sydney's high school experience., except Sydney's isn't like every other teenager. She deals with the loss of her dad and turns that energy into anger that leads to the discovery of her superpowers she's not quite sure how to control. Just like every high school girl Sydney also battles her love life. Deep down Sydney has an unrequited crush on her best friend but is playing off like she is interested in the boy next door.

Doom Patrol is a DC live-action show on HBO max, that follows 4 people cursed with immortality through various means. The 4 of them plus the scientist they live with and cyborg have to learn to function with their curses and attempt to build a new life for themselves. The main cast are not good people when we meet them but we follow them as they try to better themselves. their group functions both as a support group and superhero team. It is currently airing its 3rd season.

Bob's Burgers is a cute adult animated comedy about a small family in a small city that have a burger shop, the shop does just good enough to survive. While trying to keep the burger shop alive the family gets into funny and weird situations where you fall I love with the characters and the show as a whole.

Walker, Jai (MW) Beauty and the Beast 50
The Netflix series named "Beauty and the Beast" is a sci-fi that is also on the CW channel. It is about a detective who ends up falling in love with a military veteran who can turn into a beast. The beast "Vincent Keller" who is played by Jay Ryan was used as an experiment when he was in the military and the experiment went wrong so now, he is half man and half beast. The detective "Catherine Chandler" who is played by Kristin Kreuk takes him in and cares for him after many people have turned on him and wanted to use him only for projects (their own gain). They both end up falling for each other, but they must hide what they have going on because if people find out who Vincent is then there will be chaos. Even though their relationship is different they both love each other a lot. The producers are Michael Maschio, Thom Pretak, Roger Grant, Kevin Lafferty, and Mairzee Almas.

The show that I will be presenting is called "L.A.'s Finest", this television series was first premiered in 2019 and now has 2 seasons available on Netflix. This show has a mixture of crime, comedy, and drama as it is a spinoff of the "Bad Boys" franchise. Two female cops, Sydney Burnet (Gabrielle Union) and Nancy McKenna (Jessica Alba) battle with the most dangerous criminals in Los Angeles all while dealing with past burdens and new burdens that come about during the series.

Based on DC Comics Series Y: The Last Man, by Brian K. Vaughn, Y The Last Man is set in a post-apocalyptic world. A catastrophic event kills every mammal with a Y chromosome but for one man and his pet monkey. Struggling to survive in a new world, what's left of society, begins to restore and tries build something better. Surprisingly the last man on earth happens to be the presidents son; as word gets out people begin to wonder if this is a coincidence or was planned out by the government. For the last man and his pet monkey things begin to get dangerous and society begins to wonder why the presidents son is still alive and healthy.

O'Bar, Gary (MW) From Cradle to Stage 50
From Cradle To Stage is a documentary based on the novel of the same title, written by Virginia Hanlon Grohl, mother of Foo Fighters singer Dave Grohl, that features interviews from various musicians and their mothers. The show goes into depth in terms of how these musicians were brought up and how the power of music brought them closer to their mothers before and after fame came into play.
Artists including Geddy Lee of Rush, Pop icon Pharrell, Miranda Lambert and many more are featured on this show whose first season is now available on Paramount Plus.

Starring Stephen Amell and Alexander Ludwig, the show follows two brothers in a dying professional wrestling business created by their late father in a small-town called Duffy, Georgia. These brothers have an on and off-stage rivalry that heats up throughout the series with one of them being the boss of the business who portrays the bad guy (heel) and the other being the #1 talent portraying the good guy (face) trying to leave and make it big. The show is still ongoing on Starz and new episodes are coming out on Sundays currently.

The show Betty, is an HBO original based of the film "Skate Kitchen", that follows the lives of a bunch of twenty something year old girls that all share the love of skating. The show follows them as they deal with the male dominated sport of skateboarding and as they navigate relationships with themselves and others.

Mare of Easttown is a seven-episode HBO mini-series that explores the life of Mare Sheehan, a small-town Pennsylvania detective. Throughout the show, Mare is investigating the murder of a teenage mom while dealing with the tragedies of her personal life -- she's divorced, her son died by suicide, she doesn't have the best relationship with her mother and she is in a custody battle with her ex-heroin addict daughter-in-law over her grandson. The show Control Z is a Mexican teen drama series, now streaming exclusively on Netflix. The series is in its second season. The series follows a teen girl by the name of Sofia, who is socially isolated but very observant. A hacker then begins releasing student's secrets to the entire high school and it's Sofia who decides to uncover his/her identity.

Nobody's Looking is a 2019 Netflix original comedy/drama filmed and produced in Brazil. It follows Uli (Victor Lamoglia), a newly created guardian angel for the "angelus" system, which assigns guardian angels to protect people. Immediately after being created, Uli starts to question the system he has been put into, and after discovering that the system which assigns guardian angels is random, he goes rogue and goes on various misadventures.
Perez, Liliana (TTh) Ramy 50
Ramy is a Hulu original comedy-drama that premiered in 2019 and now has a second season. Each season has 10 episodes and the show has been renewed for a third season, but there's no release date yet. The show stars Ramy Youssef who plays the title character and is a comedian, actor, writer and director. Ramy in the show and in real life is a first-generation Egyptian-American living in New Jersey. And the show tells the story of Ramy's spiritual journey and the divide he faces between being part of the Muslim community and being an American millennial who wants to go to parties and go out on dates and do young adult stuff. So you basically just get a nice, authentic glimpse with a comedic spin on what's it's like to be a young Muslim in America.

Genndy Tartakovsky's Primal is a true return to form from the man who created and directed groundbreaking animated kids shows such as Dexter's Laboratory and Samurai Jack. Primal is a heavily stylized 2D animated TV series for Adult Swim and is set in a fantastical prehistoric world. The main plot revolves around the bond of a caveman and a tyrannosaurus as they struggle to survive against dangerous and gruesome encounters. The show has no dialogue beyond roars and grunts yet manages to say so much through creative sound design and excellent visual storytelling.

Smart, Orlando (TTh) Kenan and Kel 50
Kenan and Kel is a sitcom that aired on Nickelodeon for four seasons from 1996 to 2000, and that is now available on Paramount+. The show was created by Dan Schneider, creator of most of the the most popular Nickelodeon shows such as; All That, The Amanda Show, Drake and Josh, Zoey 101, iCarly, and Victorious. The is set in Chicago and stars Kenan Thompson, who would go on to become an Emmy winning sketch show actor, as trouble making Kenan Rockmore, and Kel Mitchell, who would go on to have a very extensive television career, as Kel Kimble, Kenan's gullible and dense best friend. The show features Kenan coming up with ideas and convincing Kel to go along with them. Each episode shows the boys getting in and out go trouble throughout their everyday lives, and includes appearances from Kenan's family while they hangout at his house and Kenan's coworkers and boss while he is at work.

His Lady gets kidnapped and brought to earth. He finds her but finds out that she lost her memory. Friend of his tells him he can protect her but he can not get to close to her. And what does he do? He becomes a baker in the same shop she works in, at the same time try to be secretive about it trying to figure out a loophole. It only has 2 seasons and it is on Netflix it's also low budget, it has english subtitles.
