CMT Crossroads is a show on CMT, the country music television station where a country band or artist teams up with a non-country artist and collaborate with each other. The show is basically a concert of the two artists performing each-others songs and collaborating on songs together. Throughout the show, they also take a further peek inside how working together went and more behind the scenes footage before the performance. The executive producer is John Hamlin and the show is not like a normal show where it comes on every week; CMT airs new episodes once every month or so with repeats throughout the week. Oliver Queen is a spoiled billionaire playboy who has been missing and presumed dead when his yacht is lost at sea. He returns five years later a changed man, determined to clean up the city as a hooded vigilante armed with a bow and arrows. What makes this show interesting is not only do they follow Oliver Queen as the Arrow in present time, but they do numerous flashbacks giving the character a unique back story so the audience can understand why he became the Arrow in the first place. This show is currently on the CW Wednesdays at 7pm central time. You can catch up with all the episodes of the previous seasons on Netflix. This show is interesting because it is a survival reality tv show about two survivalists with completely different mindsets. One is an ex-special forces army guy and the other is a peaceful hippie guy. Watching the two having to work together and get over their conflicted thoughts about how to survive makes for a very entertaining show. They travel to inhospitable places around the world and show viewers what it takes to survive with using very little equipment.

Extra Virgin is a cooking show featured on Cooking Channel. The show stars Debi Mazar, an actress and Gabriele Corcos, an Italian musician and how they cook for their family. The show features authentic Italian recipes from Corcos' home, Tuscany, using healthy and organic ingredients. I think this show is interesting because for one thing, it is like reality television. The couple are not playing character roles, they are acting like themselves and showing how they bond and share their love of food. I don't know if the show is scripted.
