Wife Swap is a reality tv series on the ABC network that aired in 2004 to 2010. Every episode there are two new families brought on the show to do the swap. From very different families with different lifestyles a wife/mother is taken from their family and is to swap lives with the other and be the new stand in wife of the opposite family for two weeks. During the first week the wives must follow the instructions left by the actual wife, thus seeing how they run their home. The following week they are then allowed to make their own rules and the family must abide. After the two weeks are over they return to their actual families and the wives meet and share their experiences and what they learned from each other's living situation which could be a good thing or a bad thing that may result in changes in their homes.
