Chase, Casen (TTh) Full Swing
Full Swing is an 8 episode show that follows along and gives a behind the scenes look at what it takes to compete on the PGA Tour. The show follows big name players such as Justin Thomas, Rickie Fowler, Dustin Johnson, Scottie Scheffler and many more. The show dives into the background of where the golfers started and the struggles the athletes go through to maintain a spot on the PGA Tour. Watching this show, you really get a look at how these golfers live their day to day to lives and what they do to maintain the skill they have. The show also dives into the controversial LIV golf tour and the decision players make to leave the PGA Tour. This show gives a good idea of how hard the game of golf is and how much time and focus is needed to win on the PGA Tour.
Aro, Reggie (TTh) From the Source
From the Source is a food and travel focused show that follows Katie Button. She is a chef and restaurant owner who visits different places where ingredients are produced. Each episode is dedicated to one ingredient and she takes an interactive approach to learning the processes and story of some of her favorite suppliers. In the last part of each episode she cooks a meal where each item compliments the flavor of the theme ingredient.

Vazquez, Anabel (TTh) Alexa & Katie 50
A feel-good family sitcom on Netflix about two lifelong teenage best friends (and next-door neighbors): Alexa Mendoza and Katie Cooper. The summer right before they start high school together, Alexa gets diagnosed with Leukemia. So when she starts losing her hair, as a result of the chemo, she becomes nervous about how people at school will treat her once they find out she has cancer. Thus to show Alexa that, no matter what, she won't have to go through that or anything else alone, Katie voluntarily shaves her head. This is just one example of how powerful their friendship is in this series.

The victims' stories are told by friends and family who share the crimes and events that led to them. You'll learn tragic details about fires, poisonings, stabbings, strangulations, and kidnappings.
Child, Camryn (TTh) Kim of Queens 10
Kim of Queens is a 2 season TV series that aired on Lifetime. It was aired on Lifetime in 2014. This show is about pageant coach Kim Gravel, former Miss Georgia in 1991, and her family members who run a pageant studio. Kim Gravel was known as the "ugly duckling" growing up, so she knew how to make a tomboy into a beauty queen. We follow along as the members of her pageant studio take on pageants and win, while Kim tries to transform normal girls into queens. This show is the Dance Mom's of the pageant world, with a little less drama!

The Titan Games is a show about Men and Women who have to face challenges/obstacles. The competitors are called and told by the Rock to come on the show. They have an opportunity to become a Titan by completing Mount Olympus in the competition. In the show they have to be mentally strong and physically strong to be a very contestant to become a Titan. The competitors are as well different ages, but they all get on the show by their hard work and dedication.

"Hajime No Ippo: The Fighting!" is a sports anime series that follows the story of a shy high school student named Ippo Makunouchi, who is bullied by his classmates. One day, a professional boxer named Takamura Mamoru saves him from the bullies and encourages him to try boxing. After Ippo discovers his natural talent and passion for the sport, he joins the Kamogawa Boxing Gym and begins his journey to become a professional boxer. Along the way, Ippo faces numerous challenges, including tough opponents and personal struggles, but with the help of his trainers and friends, he perseveres and works towards his dream of becoming a champion.

As this television series only has a few episodes provided by Netflix on the history and studies conducted about the use and potential benefits of psychedelic therapy. As this series dives into the history of some of these psychedelic drugs and their different methods of use. It can be of an extremely different perspective than that of what we are normally told giving the title of the show its purpose. How to change your mind gives you the insight of these drugs and their effects without even having to try them yourself as an attempt to provide people with information that can be an expansion for the mind.

Jersey Shore is a reality TV show that first aired in 2009 and follows the lives of 8 people from closely related backgrounds, Nicole (Snooki), Sammi (Sweetheart), Jenni (JWoww), Vinny, Deena, Mike The Situation, DJ Pauly D, Ronnie and briefly Angelina. They spend their summer at Seaside Heights, New Jersey at the Jersey Shore House, and while they're there they must work at a T-shirt shop owned by their landlord. While on vacation they spend their time partying, tanning, and having loads of drama inside the house.

The Orville is a show that takes place in the 25th century. It follows the crew of the USS Orville, a Planetary Union's line of exploratory space vessel, in episodic adventures, usually involving planet exploration and visits to various parts of the galaxy. As well as a serialized overarching story that develops as the show progresses. The show is heavily inspired by "Star Trek". And the cast consist of Seth MacFarlane as Captain Edward "Ed" Mercer(Show creator), Adrianne Palicki as Commander Kelly Grayson, Penny Johnson Jerald as Doctor Claire Finn, Scott Grimes as Lieutenant Gordon Malloy.
Jenkins, Lauren (TTh) Yona of the Dawn 50
Yona of the Dawn follows princess Yona in the Kingdom of Kouka. Yona is never allowed to leave the royal palace due to her father's overbearing fear of violence. Her only friends are her cousin Soo-Won, and bodyguard Hak, whom she grew up with. On the night of her eighteenth birthday, Yona decides to beg her father, King Il, to let her marry Soo-Won since he is the only person she has ever loved. Unfortunately, upon entering Il's room, she finds him run through the heart with a sword, and on the other end of it is Soo-Won himself. After killing Il, and usurping the throne, Soo-Won tries to then kill Yona, but Hak saves her at the last minute. Now Yona and Hak are on the run and trying to find the four legendary Dragon Warriors in order to reclaim her throne.

Ramirez-Gallegos, Lizbeth (TTh) Boys Planet 50
Boys Planet is a Korean survival show/variety show where trainees perform missions to earn points and win over fans (also known as "Star Creators"). MNET decided to start the show with 98 contestants (49 being Korean and 49 from all over the world), but as the show progresses, contestants are eliminated. Their common goal is to make it into the top nine so that they can debut as idols in a nine-member group. They are guided by professionals in the industry (also known as "Star Masters") who critique the trainees' vocal, rap, and dance skills before live performances/evaluations. The show is on Viki, but the performances are all uploaded to YouTube (two versions: one with reactions and one without dramatic editing). The voting and extra content can be found on the Mnet Plus app.
Gibbons, Brenna (TTh) The Order 50
The Order is a drama and supernatural fiction found on Netflix. Jack Morton is a new student at Belgrave University who finds out about a secret society called The Order. At first he does not know if it is a real thing or just a myth that people talk about at the school. Jack eventually gets inducted into The Order where he learns about magic, monsters, and other strange phenomena that he did not previously know existed. As Jack digs deeper into The Order he uncovers family secrets and finds out about an undercover battle between werewolves and the magical dark arts.
