Arcane looks at the origins of two League of Legends champions, Vi and Jinx. It's set in the utopian cities Piltover and the oppressed underground of Zaun. Tensions reach a breaking point after the development of hextech, technology allowing anyone to use magical energy in Piltover, and in Zaun, a new drug called shimmer is turning locals into monsters.
