Derry Girls is a Northern Irish sitcom created and written by Lisa McGee. This is an anime series in which highlights the perceptions and ideologies that surround morality and humanity as a whole. It is very graphic in both imagery and in story as it follows two characters who's identities evolve as the show progresses. The up's and down's and twist's of this show leaves the viewer in a state of self-reflection.

Woodson, Abigail (TTh) The Ultimate Fighter 100

The Ultimate Fighter is a show created by Dana White (CEO of the UFC). It is a game show/reality show to see who wins a contract into the UFC. Normally you have to come from a different fight promotion to get into the UFC this is a great way for fighter to get into the UFC with less experience and get exposure. Each episode documents one fight in the bracket. The final episode is the fight to decide who wins the UFC contract.

Starkey, Dylan (MW) The Grim Adventures 100

The show follows two children named Billy and Mandy who, after winning a game of limbo, get the Grim Reaper to become their best friend/eternal servent. The show ran from June 13th, 2003 to November 9th, 2007 and during its run, the series won two Emmy awards and one Annie Award. I decided to go with the series because it was such a huge part of my childhood.

Yu-gi-oh! Is an animated series based on an Egyptian pharaoh that is trapped in an ancient artifact. The story is based off an ancient game of dueling using monsters that in present day has been recreated into a competitive card game.

Keehn, Adam (TTh) Hard Knocks 100

Hard Knocks is a reality sports documentary series produced by NFL Films and HBO. The show began in 2001 and is now entering its fourteenth season in 2019. 
The crew follows a team in the National Football League as they prepare for their upcoming season. The show gives you a deep dive into the lives of coaches, players, and members of the front office. Watching the show will make you feel as if you are a part of an exclusive club or a member of the organization itself! Each season is a different team and starting from the beginning in 2001 they have chosen the Baltimore Ravens, Dallas Cowboys, Kansas City Chiefs, Dallas Cowboys (again), Cincinnati Bengals, New York Jets, Miami Dolphins, Cincinnati Bengals (again), Atlanta Falcons, Houston Texans, Los Angles Rams, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and finally in 2018, the Cleveland Browns. The series usually focuses on drama, even cutting or releasing players on camera! Most people refer to Hard Knocks as "the first sports-based reality series" in television history.

Sunderland 'Til I Die is a Netflix show that follows Sunderland A.F.C. through one of their most disappointing seasons in the clubs history.  Sunderland is a soccer team in England which has one of the most passionate fan bases in the country and this mini-series highlights the unfailing passion Sunderland residents have for their beloved soccer club, taking viewers through the highs and lows of Sunderland's 2017-18 season in the Championship following its relegation the previous year.

Hunter x Hunter has been claimed as one of the greatest Shounen anime in the world.
