The show Moon Knight is based on a Marvel superhero going by the same name. Steven Grant is a mild-mannered Museum worker who has a dissociative identity disorder & has another life who shares the same body as him, a mercenary named, Marc Spector. Although the superhero Moon Knight himself is only present through Marc's persona. The show follows Steven/Marc as he learns to become one with both identities while also learning his own abilities & the mysterious dark past of the Moon Knight that soon haunts him. This show is new and there are more episodes coming out on Wednesdays, 6 in total. Stars Oscar Isaac & Ethan Hawke. A Disney+ Original Series.

Mulisa, Sasha (TT) Hightown 50
Hightown is a crime and drama set in Provincetown, Massachusetts. It follows a few different characters. The main character is Jackie Quinones played by Monica Raymond. She is a fishery services agent who one day discovers a dead body on the beach after a night of hard partying. She is also an alcoholic who constantly struggles with her drinking and addiction issues throughout the show. The show ultimately deals with drugs being dealt with in Provincetown leading to an increasing number of deaths as well as substance abuse issues that a few characters in the show face.

Yellowjackets opens in the nineties and introduces us to an undefeated high school girls' soccer team, thrilled with an opportunity to play in the National Championship. The girls bound onto a private jet, cheering as they take off- but not long into the flight, tragedy strikes and the plane crashes into the depths of Canadian mountains. From there, we switch between the moment the plane goes down- and the events that conspire over the course of the year the girls are stranded-- and a few of the surviving women in the present day. In the present, the women are forced back together when they begin receiving anonymous letters threatening to reveal what really went down in the wilderness. We know the girls survived a harrowing winter, but through... strange circumstances. As we switch between the past and the present, the dangerous truth slowly unravels.

This anime is set in a dark and gritty world full of what some would consider failed experiments, called the Hole. Kaiman ends up in the Hole after one day being transformed from man to a lizard creature by an evil sorcerer and is on the hunt for revenge with his companion Nikaido to find out who did it and defeat them. It's a great blend of comedy and gory action all at the same time with some of the most unique character design I've seen in a long time. It is available to stream on Netflix and ended in 2020.
Blair, Chelseia (MW) The Girl from Plainville 50
"The Girl from Plainville" is a drama that just recently aired on Hulu. This is a series based on a true story regarding Michelle Carter's "texting-suicide" case. This show explains Michelle's relationship with Conrad who ends up taking his own life and goes into depth regarding the events that led up to his death as well as Michelle's involvement in what happened to Conrad.
